Looking good. I always get nervous when I see someone cut the CHEVROLET out of their tail gate. I like what you did with it.

so now were all caught up, lately I've been randomly collecting parts to bag the back end, I also started to build my 4-link, got the lower bars done and the notch, now I'm working on the uppers..

I caved....I might get another set for the box when I do the raised bed floor, cause I dont think my stockers will be wide enough for my tires and I like the smooth, clean look of the trailer fenders.

I bought another set of bushings, and two 3/4" x 2 1/2" bolts to make my own adjustable rod ends, and picked up some 1 1/2" tube for my upper links. hope to get started on them soon.

with my old tires and wheels, the back is 25 1/2" and the front is around the same.....the front end is bagged so it varries.

I managed to get my upper link bars cut and welded up today. I made my own adjustable rod ends. I think they turned out pretty good.

I tried to make my own ends once. didn't turn out too good I couldn't get the bolt straight, but I wasn't trying really hard.

lol....I took the grinder to the head of the bolt and made it the same contour as the pipe. kinda like this.....
