Default Here it is! The New P-51 Raised Crossmember All Assembled! *Pics*

Here is the latest version of our raised crossmember all put together. Isnt it just beautiful?! The only difference between this one and the other one is how the lower control arm mounts.

We will be running the same special on this version as we are on the other one which is $1949.95! A savings of $246.00! This special is only good for January.

This kit includes....
Raised Crossmember
Inner frame gussets
Upper bag brackets/control arm mounts
Rack & Pinion frame notches
Stainless tie rod connectors & hdwr
Engine mounts
Transmission Crossmember
Upper shock mounts
Monroe Sensatrac shocks
1.25" OD swaybar kit with mounting hardware

I got my whole xmember kit in few weeks ago, including upper and lower arms. Everything is build like a freakin brick house. Well worth the dollars

Lowhoe you got any pics of the Install? Has anyone put it in a 63-66 yet. I'm just looking to find out what needs to be done to the tranny hump? and anything for an HEI?

can i get the p51 kit in just the crossmember kit? just like the 47? can it be used with stock uppers and lowers?

the P51 can not be used witht he stock lowers. not real sure about the uppers. and when I asked for my kit he said it was the whole deal on the p51.

You may be confused as to what the differences in the kits are. The P-51 is the exact same kit as the P-47 but the lower control arm mounting point is changed to tabs instead of u-bolts. If you want to use stock arms, buy the P-47!

NEED HELP, i plan on buying this kit for my 68, but i was wondering,is everyone running a power rack and pinion or a manual,what would be better? and what are the rest of the parts needed to complete the steering?

As far as power what do you want to do . I have a power rack. its going to run right off the stock ps pump then you will need some universals. that bracket is a quick job so that i could move my truck

ok i will be running a manual rack and pinion..... what kind of steering shaft do i need? what kind of shaft do you have in the pic?

the P-51 is bad ass, I have one on my 64. As far as the shaft it's DD stearing shaft. you can order it off summit, most part stores should be able to get it.

should be 3/4" DD shaft. make sure you tell them steering shaft, as most people that work at part stores dont know crap other then what the computer tells them. heres a link to summits site on the shafts

I'd like to see some YouTube videos on your stuff...Like a step by step Install..I learn how to do more crap on YouTube then any place....
If I saw a Install before buying it it might not be so intimidating of a job to do.

i have one of these P-51 crossmembers on a 69 c10 and i was wondering if i would be able to lay body on a 24x10 wheel and 295/30/24 tire (5" back spacing) in the front?
