well if you want to stay 6 lug, your either going to have to buy a aftermarket kit, or get 71-72 spindle and get 91 3/4 ton rotors with the 71-72 caliper. If you wanna go 5 lug, I've heard it's best to swap 73-87 spindle, or you can buy a aftermarket 5 lug kit that's already set up with everything. Mine are 6 lug I bought my kit from performanceonline.com I paid 630 including shipping, it uses the 73-87 spindle, and the rotors are custom made for the spindle, since no one makes a 6 lug rotor for that spindle. Or you could always go with that spindle if you wanna stay 6 lug and get the studs holes redrilled. Somone make sure I'm right on the 71-72 spindle with the 91 3/4 rotor. I believe that's what Jason at SD told me.

Im not sure how their products are but they seem reputable, try www. classicperform.com. They sell a complete front and rear kit with the booster for about $1600. Their kit includes: Spindles, rorors for front and rear, calipers, brackets,, master cylinder, booster, prop valve, hoses, lines, E-brake, cables, and all other hardware. I planned on buying from these guys when the funds were available.

Man I would have to tell you to stay away from CPP, I've heard nothing but bad stuff about their customer service. Parts aren't bad, but lately everything hasn't been getting all the parts. I got mine from www.performanceonline.com I paid $623 including shipping for the front kit. I ordered mine on a friday, and got it by tuesday. All the parts were great. Check them out. Also check out ECC, They are another really good company. SummitRacing has front kits. Brothers Trucks. PM Tim he can hook you up. That's where I bought my PB/MC from!

i swapped out the brakes, rotors and spindles on my 66 with an 84 gmc. you need to use ball joints for the donor truck. i also put the master cylinder and power booster in the truck. the 66 tie rod ends fit right in the 84 spindles. mike

take the whole front end from a 73-87 c10. There cheaper to buy when replacing parts, and a direct bolt in swap. I have seen them on craigslist anywhere from $200-$500 for the whole complete crossmember... You'll still have to deal with the 5 lug versus 6 lug dilemma... hope that helps.

Xonair, I checked out the site, but they only show rear breaks for the chevy.

I've been hearing some really good stuff about CCP lately. Jeff has been doing some good stuff for the company.

When I posted before about them, they were having problems. That's why I posted. They have since cleaned up their act for a better company.

sorry ruffrida but i have to agree w ur previous post, i just called cpp today, the guy was rude, and 3 out of the 3 disc brake kits that i could have used had pieces on back order. hard to sell a product that you dont keep in stock.

i'll try this performanceonline.com, and keep searching these threads till i find an adequate vendor.

Sorry you had a bad problem with them. I didn't have a problem with POL at all, Shipping sucks on the kit. Also when I ordered my kit I didn't get the ball joints or the tie rod ends, so it will be a little more. But I had good service with them.
