Default Borg Warner Super T-10 ID

I am trying to identify a Borg Warner Super T-10 that supposedly came out of a SS396.

There are three (3) rings on the shaft. The numbers are as follows:

ML 17802
3-19-79-1
13-04-065-903
13-04-065-901
Fp03
67/9

Other numbers (can't read some): ??L605583

Any information or a web-site that can help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like a Saginaw 4 speed, with the 3 LINE INPUT......... should be a 3.50 first gear.....But also the numbers match a Borg Warner Super T 10, here a link with and id chart........http://www.chevelles.com/forums/show....php?p=3366060
